REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
It is the policy of Savvy Spirits Ltd (Savvy Shotz) to ensure that the goods are supplied to our valued customers in perfect condition. However, if you receive your shots in a condition that you find unacceptable, and wish to receive a refund please contact us, quoting your order number which can be found on your delivery note and providing evidence of the issue, by using:
Please allow 14 days for the monies to be refunded back onto the card that you used to purchase the shots on initially. The 14 days period will commence the day we receive your returned goods.
